The proprietary MHW 3Bomber grinder features flat, titanium-coated 74 mm grinding discs and a very large grinding surface of 3736 mm². It boasts a long service life. The low heat generation during grinding preserves the flavor profile. The precise grinder ensures high consistency and reduces the amount of fines, resulting in a delicious coffee taste.
Equipped with a 400W BLDC motor with 4 Nm of torque, this coffee grinder is extremely quiet and powerful. The speed is variably adjustable from 800 to 1600 RPM. The grind setting (90 steps) is stepless, very precise (0.01 mm per step), and easily adjustable to zero. It is suitable for various brewing methods such as espresso, moka, filter coffee, or French press.
The grinder has three different modes: Manual, Auto and Auto Reserve, and can therefore adapt to the workflow.
The vertical chute design, the Burr reversal function and the antistatic plasma technology reduce fine dust and static charge, thereby efficiently removing grinding residues.
The removable bean hopper and the magnetic coffee container both have a capacity of 50 g.
The entire mill is made of high-quality materials. The housing is made of a high-strength aluminum alloy, the grinding mechanism of titanium-coated stainless steel (SUS420), and the remaining parts of stainless steel (SUS304). The feet are made of silica gel.
The grinder is partially disassemblable and therefore easy to clean. If the grinding mechanism is not cleaned regularly during daily use, the remaining old coffee grounds will contaminate the freshly ground coffee, leading to an unpleasant taste. A brush is included to facilitate cleaning.
Important: Because this mill contains precision parts, it must not be washed, but cleaned with a towel or cleaning brush. The edges of the mill are sharp, so caution is advised.
