General Terms and Conditions for the online shop Barista-Corner (operated by Dedotec Schweiz GmbH)

2.1 The presentation of the products in the Barista-Corner online shop represents a non-binding invitation to purchase.
2.2 By ordering the desired goods, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

3. Delivery conditions

  • Delivery is only within Switzerland.
  • Standard delivery time is up to 5 working days if the goods are in stock.
  • If an item is not available, the customer will be informed of the expected delivery time.
  • No liability for delivery delays due to force majeure or similar events.

4. Shipping costs

  • Standard fee: 12.00 CHF.
  • Free delivery for orders over 100 CHF.

5. Payment terms

  • Retention of title until full payment.

  • Exclusion of liability for lost profits and financial losses.
  • Exception: intent, gross negligence, personal injury.
